There are several examples of liberal bias in the Bible’s most powerful laws that I have not found corrected on conservapedia. I find it extremely disturbing that the Ten Commandments have not yet been adequately translated.
Of course, in the Ten Commandments, Israel is forbidden to kill or to lie by God (Exodus 20). However, we find numerous instances in the Bible in which God has supported murder and dishonesty. God, being infallible, could never make these contradictions.
In the old testament, God commanded the complete eradication of numerous peoples, such as the Amalekites in 1 Samuel 15. Also, God takes a personal hand in the killing of such notable people as Nadab and Abihu (Leviticus 10), Nabal (1 Samuel 25), and Ananias and Sapphira (Acts 5).
God also has supported numerous instances of lying, blessing such people as Rahab, the prostitute (Joshua 6) and Michal, David’s wife (1 Samuel 19). Obviously, God is not as opposed to lying as liberals would have us believe. I can only hope that this Bible project will put this evidence into consideration and amend one of liberalism’s biggest intrusions into the Bible.
