::: Are they found in Human Resources departments in the corporate workplace? or college professors wanting to teach the 1960s-era stance of racial minorities? More likely they are congressional lawmakers making federal "hate crimes" bills, like the recent one passed last Oct. made it a federal offense for an offender to commit hate crimes based on the victim's gender, sexual orientation and disability (if it's the factor of the given hate crime). Watchdog groups are like the fifth column for "stop the hate" and diversity activist organizations who assume people shouldn't talk about diversity, except the members in the organization group.
