Since there's a comment about whether this verse needs further work I'll add my 2 cents. The way I read the original, the simplest interpretation is that the lawyers are being chastised for adding burdens to others while doing nothing to help with them. Assuming that these burdens are equatable to regulations ''"and transactions costs"'' may be reading too much into it as a translation. I'd suggest keeping the essence of Andy's translation, but streamlining it like this:<br/>
:''He replied, "You lawyers will be accountable too! For you impose burdensome regulations on others, but will not lift a finger to help those who struggle with them.''
