Guns kill people, people use guns to kill people, the availability of guns makes it easier to kill people. Why then is gun control a bad thing. If someone cannot get a gun, they cannot use a gun. With so many firearms around it is easy for a criminal to buy, steal, or "borrow" a gun to commit their crimes. Gun control works, look at Canada, Australia, and England. If one takes away the handguns that are used exclusively for crime or killing people and not hunting, the crime rate must go down. Hunting rifles are fine, just the pistols, assault rifles, SMGs that have no other use than killing people need to be taken away. As for the second amendment, It is a relic from a bygone age that should be removed.
