The '''Tucker Act''' waives [[sovereign immunity]] by the [[United States]] government for certain claims, and establishes a procedure for bringing those claims in the U.S. Court of Claims.

There is also the "Little Tucker Act" and the "Indian Tucker Act" for additional causes of action as specified in those statutes.
