I've got a great reference where Barry Goldwater enumerates the changes to the plan Kennedy ordered(reducing the Cuban bomber force), and blames these changes for the plan's failure. It's from his 1970's Autobiography. Should I stick it in?[[User:Keysersoze|Keysersoze]] 23:49, 3 October 2010 (EDT)
