Unfortunately, Hawking has yet to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and has indeed made the foolish comment that there is no place for a creator, claiming that all of God's Creation is self-contained and not affected by anything outside itself.<ref>http://www.qsmithwmu.com/stephen_hawking's_cosmology_and_theism_(1994).htm</ref>
