What you could do is to propose a new layout. The main one would be a disambiguation page of sorts, giving a history of the bias, what the results are, and so on; and this could lead to separate article pages devoted to subject, i.e. "Examples of Bias in Wikipedia: Politics"; "Examples of Bias in Wikipedia: Science"; "Examples of Bias in Wikipedia: Humanities"; and so on.
