Although the Landmark Legal Foundation claims to have nominated him, the [http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories.pl?ACCT=104&STORY=/www/story/02-01-2007/0004518421&EDATE press release] does not give any evidence whatsoever that the Foundation, or Mark R.
