* Update to my logo. I thought perhaps this might fit the site better.

::We will use this logo, just one thing: Can you make the scroll clearly have "We the People" (from the Constitution) on it? Thanks Conservapedia Webmaster 14:03, 18 March 2007 (EDT)

::: I had wished to do this, and did make an attempt some time ago. However, it seems impossible to have anything clear written on there due to the size constraints. Sorry. --BillOReillyFan 14:07, 18 March 2007 (EDT)

:::: I understand. We have put it up for now (clear your cache if it does not show up). However, it would be nice to have a logo that better shows what Conservapedia is about.  Conservapedia Webmaster 14:15, 18 March 2007 (EDT)

:::::: This is the most visible I could make it. I think it's not ideal, but an improvement. --BillOReillyFan 15:11, 18 March 2007 (EDT)

I don't think the logo fits this site.  Blue is a color that liberals rally under.  I think it is best that we disassociate entirely from their movement.  --Huey gunna getcha 21:25, 18 March 2007 (EDT)

* This is a rudimentary attempt at a logo. The colors may not be ideal for the purpose, but I tried for a combination of a 'founding fathers' feel (symbolizing the conservative ideology) and modern spin, to match the online nature of this project.

The difficulty comes form trying to squeeze something into the size allotment. I'd like to provide a bigger version too, but I'm having trouble with the uploading right now. --BillOReillyFan 19:48, 14 March 2007 (EDT)

::With regards to this new logo...do you remember the historical documents, like the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Magna Carta?  All of them were done by hand, with a quill dipped in ink, and on none of them is there evidence of a mistake in writing, nor is there a blob of dripped ink; those writers paid attention to detail.  I take the new logo to mean that time, effort, and attention to detail is going to make each article here outstanding in a similar way; all we have to do is put in the effort.  Karajou 14:51, 15 March 2007 (EDT)

*Also, I meant to ask you about the logo yesterday and completely forgot.  I have fooled around making a couple logos but am not very happy with the results.  I am assuming the colors should be blue, white and other neutral colors or maybe red (to match the featured aritcle and news headers).  Let me know if you have a particular color scheme in mind.  I'm also trying to decide what the logo should be based up, a cross or the letter C for example.  So if you have any imput or ideas on this topic let me know.  Sorry about this being so long!--SharonS 14:01, 5 January 2007 (EST)

**Reply: I don't have any particular color scheme in mind. However, the colors of the logo need to blend well with the rest of the site. Post anything you have on here and we can improve them. Also, I came up with the logo below but Mr. Schlafly and I both agree that it is a little too republican. Even so, the colors and the "dullness" of this image are sortof what we are looking for.
