: The first question is meaningful, because if someone thinks that evolution '''''must''''' have occurred then he is closed-minded to what the evidence may show to the contrary.  That question does address the degree of openmindedness.  The second question doesn't seem to disclose any information:  lots of closedminded and openminded people would answer "yes", and the question does not distinguish between the two mindsets.--[[User:Aschlafly|Andy Schlafly]] 17:12, 5 September 2011 (EDT)
