Request page move / consideration of article title.

The article title doesn't seem to follow a pattern with other article titles, though I can't find anything in the [http://www.conservapedia.com/Manual_of_style#Article_Names manual of style].
One article that I can find for a place that requires a second word to clarify it is [[Boston, Massachusetts]]. A comma seems sensible to me i.e. the article would be called one of the following:
Dover, UK
Dover, United Kingdom
Dover, England
Dover, Kent
Please will an administrator consider this. Thanks.
