Should this page be retitled as just "Hull"? At [[Den Bosch]] (formal name 's-Hertogenbosch) the more common name is preferred - and Kingston upon Hull is used far less than 's-Hertogenbosch is, as far as I can make out.--[[User:CPalmer|CPalmer]] 07:14, 13 June 2012 (EDT)
