U.S. Senate
Tenure
In January 2019, Daines announced he had created a pro-life caucus in the U.S. Senate.[2][3]
Despite having planned to object to the official "results" of the 2020 U.S. presidential election,[4] Daines later bailed out on conservatives and voted to certify the Biden "victory".[5] This was after paid protesters[6] and Antifa thugs[7] infiltrated a peaceful protest organized by Trump protesters, breaking their way into the United States Capitol Building.
