This is claptrap. Where do you get 'liberal' from? This was just someones idea, nothing to do with liberals AdenJ 19:29, 9 May 2008 (EDT)

Every stated fact in that article is true and verifiable by way of the references. If you choose to erroneously apply the word "liberal" in a purely political sense, then you are misguided. Perhaps you yourself are some kind of "Liberal" who wants to ascribe meanings to phrases to make some kind of cheap point rather than discuss/tackle the issue that the article relates to. "Liberal" here is used in a non-political way, to describe the rather 'loose', unregulated and 'offhand' manner in which a very dangerous and socially subvertive policy may be introduced into British society. Somewhat akin to when one describes a person as being "liberal" with the truth, or "liberal" in their praise.
