Wow Bugler, I'm impressed with this essay. --DeanStalk 14:52, 20 November 2008 (EST)

Thanks, Dean: it is, in effect, my 'thank you' letter to all of you at Conservapedia. I feel I have come home here. Bugler 14:55, 20 November 2008 (EST)
A link to some suitably stirring music at the top of the page would make it perfect, IMHO. Anvil Chorus, anyone? --JohnZ 15:22, 20 November 2008 (EST)
Bugler, I can only add my congratulations. This is some of your best work. -- Ferret Nice old chat 17:05, 20 November 2008 (EST)

Two Years On is also the title of a BeeGees album ;). I'll save my "happy birthday" note for tomorrow... Human 17:22, 20 November 2008 (EST)

Okay, I looked up "educationalist". Turns out it is a real word after all, but it means "a specialist in the theory of education". Is that an accurate description? What qualifications in education theory does Andy have, above or beyond what any other teacher has? I'm not trying to make a big deal out of it, but what would be wrong with describing him as an educator? Eoinc 10:20, 21 November 2008 (EST)
It's Bugler's essay, so if he thinks educationalist is the mot juste, why argue? You can write your own essay called "Aschlafly is a great educator" if you like.--CPalmer 10:23, 21 November 2008 (EST)
Well, because of CP commandment no. 1. "Educationalist" describes a specific job, and is not synonymous with "educator". If Andy actually is a specialist in the theory of education, then of course I would not object to his being accurately described as such. Eoinc 10:56, 21 November 2008 (EST)

Happy Second Birthday, Conservapedia!!! I would add some balloons, but the image does not appear to work :( Anyway, congrats. Human 23:43, 21 November 2008 (EST)
