Will someone fact check this guy?

Like all atheist criticisms this was lacking in that it lacks perspective.

What I was mainly concerned with was the misrepresentations of the cases in the credits. For example, Lopez v. Candaele. He claimed that the issue with the professor was settled when Lopez talked to the dean and there was no reason for him to sue. But that was just the beginning, the professor, who infamously wrote "ask god what your grade is" on the evaluation paper, continued to torment Lopez throughout the semester and said that he was going to make it his mission to expel Lopez from the school. Badger Catholic v. Walsh was a case of making a policy to justify selectively funding liberal organizations but not faith-based ones and it WAS discriminatory, but Josh Keefe lied or repeated lies saying that they were equal non-funders. Christian Legal Society v. Russell was the same thing. Josh Keefe also misrepresents to cases dealing with LGBT and counseling as counselors "not doing their job." Homosexuality is a moral wrong, and organizations that force Christian counselors to affirm it are wrong for doing so, period. Josh Keefe is actually not an atheist, he claims to be a Christian. But on this route, he is on the way to becoming an atheist since he obviously values man's values over God's, and well as believing the words of non-believers over believers.
