Stevo Pendarovski, a proponent of the new name, has been inaugurated as North Macedonia's new president. This is essentially the point of no return. All native, internal blockades to the deal have effectively been removed, and I doubt that external, foreign forces could force them to remove "North" from its name from this point forward. --Idris (talk) 14:50, 13 May 2019 (EDT)
