I changed statement that the state is conservative but recently moved liberal. It holds a Democrat majority, the Democrat Gov has been re-elected three times, the populace is more Democrat than Republican and their new gay marriage law is a reflection of Democrat majorities.--Jpatt 19:19, 18 June 2010 (EDT)
