The one-child policy needs explanation. It was limited to only party members. Two children would get you kicked out of the party and any hope for privilege, opportunity, or social advancement. If there is to be a reference to the three-child policy, it needs a full explanation, and not just a passing reference like CP is just another MSM fake new source.
