Tom Kahn

Tom David Kahn (September 15, 1938 - March 27, 1992) was a socialist activist known for his affiliations with Bayard Rustin and the League for Industrial Democracy.
Kahn was also an important adviser to George Meany of the AFL-CIO.[1]
Early life
Kahn was born Thomas John Marcel, and through adoption he was placed with Adele and David Kahn who renamed him Thomas David Kahn.
In 1955 to 1957 he attended Brooklyn College.[2]
