Yucca
From Conservapedia
A Yucca is a genus of plants of the lily family found in desert regions of the southwestern United States and Mexico. Yuccas usually bear clusters of sword-shaped leaves and white waxy flowers. All depend on the Yucca moth for pollination. The Yucca (Yucca glauca) is the state flower of New Mexico.[1][2] This plant grows easily in the sand and hot desert climate prevalent in much of New Mexico. The yucca is also called "Lamparas de dios" ("Lamps of God").[3]
