Undo revision 1303662 by Kokimura (talk) We are an American encyclopedia and this use U.S. spelling. Mind that British spelling is not the only "correct" spelling out there.
Quality of life for this article. Fixed a few instances of grammar (capitalisation and a few commas) and spelling issues (Americans can't spell). Added onto the bacteria section because it reads like a fourth grader's science textbook.
