Donald Trump is very anti-China and wants to raise tariffs big time on China (like 60% across a lot of products if memory serves). Many times Trump has said that China is "raping" the USA plus doing things to undermine the USA (Unfair trade practices, drugs, intellectual property theft, etc.).
