change explanation and question

Changed the wording of the description of nuclear energy because referring to nuclear physics as a constant may be confusing to some readers since some constants accepted by nuclear physicists are called into question by creationist theory. Why not just word it as I have to keep things clear? Also, It may, or may not, be appropriate to mention wind turbine syndrom here. Many mainstream media outlets treat this as a sham, but there are some who take this newly characterized seriously. Basically it is a nervous condition brought on by proximity to wind turbines. Information on it, pro and con is easily available on the internet, but i haven't really searched through it to find the most appropriate sources. Just wanted to mention it here in case anyone ever has an interest in adding it.
