Dannel Malloy is the current governor of Connecticut. He is a member of the Democrat Party, and as would be expected of a democrat, pushes for higher spending, higher taxes, and generally more restrictions. Because of a budget the democrats created and Malloy approved of, at least one large company has declared it will leave the state, and at least three others have threatened to.[1][2][3] He has also been accused of other often unjust liberal activities. For example, a healthcare network in his state decided to vote on unionizing. After these activists donated to Malloy's campaign fund, he agreed to let them count every undeclared vote as a "yes" vote, and as a result, the union was formed. He has continued using whatever means he can including the abuse of executive orders to form more unions.[4]
