This article is what's called a coatrack article. I'd encourage everyone to participate. If a news item doesn't make the Main Page, hang it here. It's easier to make a daily record than to go back and reconstruct. And there's plenty of daily news items that outrage people to choose from. Thanks All! - We've been cutting n pasting out wholesale citations and text from TOW, then wash, rinse, and rehabilitate for decent people and discussion.
