Rebecca Vitsmun is an atheist activist and founder of the atheist organization Secular Relief. According to Vitsum, the mission of Secular Relief is "to guide disaster support through evidence-based practices".[1]
Vitsmun became a public figure after a tornado incident in which she told CNN reporter Wolf Blitzer that she was an atheist when he asked her if she thanked God for her survival.[2]
Rebecca Vitsmun has filed an assault allegation with the police against atheist David Silverman and indicates he caressed her sacrum (the sacrum is the portion of the lower back that is above the tailbone).[3]
