Sometimes that is just due to typos or nomenclature. Please don't create duplicate categories
I noticed that you've created some categories that are just duplicates of already-existing ones, which isn't particularly necessary. - Unfortunately, that's mostly why they haven't been created...it requires checking for duplicates. the "Wanted Categories" list is just generated based on category names which have been referenced, but not created.
