Alvin Leonard Bragg Jr (born October 21, 1973, age 49) is the incumbent district attorney for New York County in the state of New York, assuming office in January 2022.[1] Largely viewed as a rising Uncle Tom in the Democrat Party, he has attempted to indict President Donald Trump in an attempt to arrest him.
The House of Representatives requested that Bragg answer questions about his misconduct under oath, and respond by March 23, 2023.[2] The House could subpoena him if he defies the request.
