Ruth Davidson, Baroness Davidson of Lundin Links is a Scottish politician. She is best known for serving as Leader of the Scottish Conservative Party from 2011 to 2019 and Leader of the Scottish Conservative Party in the Scottish Parliament from 2020 to 2021.
Despite her generally liberal stances, Ruth Davidson was still bullied by Scotland's authoritarian SNP regime and their mob.[1]
Career
Political views
Despite being leader of the Scottish Conservatives, Davidson has few conservative principles and is exceedingly liberal, meaning she is generally in line with the political establishment in Scotland. She opposed Brexit.
Ethics
Following the overturning of the problematic and outdated Roe v. Wade case in 2022, which effectively made abortion legal on demand in the USA, Davidson claimed that "women will die" as a result of the decision.[2] Similar claims were made by many liberals at the time and are yet to be proven correct.
