The top 2023 elections include the following:
- Ohio ballot initiative to raise the approval threshold to 60% for amendments to the state constitution, and thereby prevent mega-spending from passing bad pro-abortion and other bills; and
- Kentucky gubernatorial contest between pro-transgender agenda Andy Beshear and conservatives Daniel Cameron with his running mate Robby Mills.
- Louisiana gubernatorial contest, where incumbent John Bel Edwards is term-limited and is ineligible to run again
- Five ballot measures to amend the verbose, and frequently amended, Texas Constitution: the measures involve water infrastructure, broadband infrastructure, park land acquisition, university funding, and an increase in the property tax homestead exemption
