Tom Donilon was the neo-fascist National Security Advisor to Barack Obama. As of 2024 he is listed as the chairman of the BlackRock Investment Institute.[1] According to investigative journalist emeritus Seymour Hersh, Donilon was directing the Biden regime's destructive and psychopathic foreign policy during the NATO war in Ukraine and Biden's descent into dementia.[2]
