Tom Donilon was the neo-fascist National Security Advisor to Barack Obama. As of 2024 he is listed as the chairman of the BlackRock Investment Institute.^[1] According to investigative journalist emeritus Seymour Hersh, Donilon was directing the Biden regime's destructive and psychopathic foreign policy during the NATO war in Ukraine and Biden's descent into dementia.^[2]

Donilon occupied the position of National Security Advisor for roughly the entire tenure of Hillary Clinton's control over the US State Department. Donilon was described as a neoconservative.^[3]^[4]
