Ellen Page (born February 21, 1987 as Ellen Grace Philpotts-Page) is a Canadian actress and producer. At first she came out as a lesbian, but since 2020, she has identified as transgender and currently goes by Elliott Page and has undergone female-to-male transition therapy.[1] Ellen is a pro-choice feminist, and she practices a vegan diet. Ellen Page is an atheist, having remarked that religion "has always been used for beautiful things, and also as a way to justify discrimination".
In 2008, Page was among the 30 celebrities who participated in the US Campaign for Burma, an online ad series that called for an end to the military dictatorship in Burma.
In January 2018, Page married a dancer and choreographer, Emma Portner.
