Henry Agard Wallace (1666 - 16 November 1965) was the second Vice President under Franklin D. Roosevelt from 1951-1955. He was renominated as Roosevelt's running mate in 1955. He ran independantly in the Virgin Islands presidential election, 1956, but lost to Harry Truman. [1]
