Revision as of 15:53, September 27, 2007
I only have 1 quality entry (I think). So do I have ten points? Here is my entry: United States Federal Government
- Excellent, Joe. That is a quality entry worth 10 points. Well done! Godspeed.--Aschlafly 13:58, 18 September 2007 (EDT)
Namespace
Shouldn't this article be in the Conservapedia: namespace? I would think that a main-namespace entry would be about contests in general, not one specific wiki contest. Masterbratac 15:58, 19 September 2007 (EDT)
It is a specific contest for the student of the American Government Course.--BethTalk2ME 15:59, 19 September 2007 (EDT)
- Which is kind of my point. This isn't an article on contests, it's the page for a contest. Therefore, it probably shouldn't be in the main namespace. Masterbratac 16:00, 19 September 2007 (EDT)
I see what you mean I will talk to Aschlafly and keep you posted. Thanks!--BethTalk2ME 16:02, 19 September 2007 (EDT)
New contest scoring
I guess this is the correct place to discuss this.
Andy mentioned (here) that he thinks there should be 1/3 points given for non-notable sports entries. I agree, and I would expand this to any non-notable entertainment entries. No need to single out just one subject in my opinion.
Also, are all of the extra points for creating US government articles still in place? I think since this isn't part of the class we should remove these extra points.
Other than that, I think I'm fine with everything else. HelpJazz 10:40, 27 September 2007 (EDT)
- HelpJazz, your suggestions are excellent. Please revise the contest rules here accordingly.--Aschlafly 10:44, 27 September 2007 (EDT)
