Southeastern Conference

The South Eastern Conference is composed of 12 sports teams at the college level in the South Eastern Region of the United States. There are 11 public universities, and one private institution. The conference is divided up into two sections, East and West.

The Eastern Conference is made of:

• The Kentucky Wildcats
• The Florida Gators
• The Georgia Bulldogs
• The South Carolina Gamecocks
• The Tennessee Volunteers
• The Vanderbilt Commodores

The West is made up of:

• The Alabama Crimson Tide
• The Auburn Tigers
• The Louisiana State Tigers
• The Arkansas Razorbacks
• The Ole Miss Rebels
• The Mississippi State Bulldogs

This conference has produced numerous titles in all divisions of athletics, including the most recent NCAA men's basketball and football (The Florida Gators won both). The SEC leads in average attendance in both basketball and football, and five of their stadiums hold 90,000 plus fans.
