Xfest NW is a Christian music festival held annually around Labor Day Weekend in Washington. In a given year, many local artists play at Xfest NW.
The festival began in 2004 and was held in Stevenson, Washington which is 45 minutes east of Portland. The organizers rent the fairgrounds each year.
Xfest NW is showcase for Northwest bands that are less commercial Christian artists. The purpose is to be a community oriented festival for local bands. Camping, Skatepark, Coffee shop, kids playground, 3 total stages. Genres include acoustic, hiphop, punk, hard rock, electronica and more.
Overall, the main Xfest NW(or Xfest, as many of its attendees call it) now takes place over 3 days on a wide variety of stages. For 2005, the stages were known as the Main Stage, the Acoustic Stage, and the Outdoor Stage.
