Angela Marie "Bay" Buchanan is a conservative politician and speaker.
She usually operates backstqage as a campaign manager, but served as United States Treasurer under Ronald Reagan from March 17, 1981 to July 5, 1983, being the youngest person to hold that position at the time.
She is the sister of commentator Pat Buchanan. She ran her brother's three campaigns for president, two inside the Republican Party and once as an independent.
Born a Roman Catholic she eventually converted to Mormonism. She endorsed Mitt Romney in 2008 after advising Tom Tancredo's failed attempt to seek the Republican nomination.
