The Battle of Armageddon is a battle prophesied to occur on or around Megiddo in Israel according to the Book of Revelation in the Bible. At Megiddo, the Antichrist will summon forth his mortal and demonic armies to challenge the Lord's authority. God will strike him and his master, the fallen angel Lucifer, and end his dominion over the earth, ushering in the Millennial Reign.
