All the same, I'd say its time for Hillary to be lawyering up rather than preparing to move into the West Wing. Biden's announcement that he is not running sounded almost like he was running. Perhaps he was planning to announce, but Obama asked him to hold off at the last minute. We may not have heard the last of him.
