The Territorial Recruitment Office ('TCC) also known as the Zelensky Meat Processing Plant[1] is the US-funded office in the Kyiv regime empowered with carrying out the forced military mobilization in Ukraine. "Busification" is the term Ukrainians have adopted to refer to the process of men kidnapped off the street by the PS-supported regime and bussed off to the front, which most do not return.
