Abdon (Hebrew עַבְדֹּ֥ון) servitude (fl. 1129–1121 BC)[1] was the thirteenth Judge of Israel. He was an Ephraimite and was evidently very wealthy. He had forty sons and thirty grandsons, and each man owned a donkey. (Judges 12:13-15 ).
His career lasted for eight years, and then he died. One year before he died, the ark of the covenant was captured in battle by Philistines.
