The Territorial Recruitment Office ('TCC) also known as the Zelensky Meat Processing Plant[1] is the US-funded office in the Kyiv regime empowered with carrying out the forced military mobilization in Ukraine. A poll in July 2025 showed most Ukrainians hate the TCC more than Russians.[2] At the behest wives and mothers social media postings, Russian forces began attacking TCC headquarters with suicide drones throughout Ukraine. TCC headquarters routinely lacked air defense.
