Weekly Standard

The Weekly Standard is a popular neoconservative newsweekly, started September 17th, 1995, and headed up by Fred Barnes, co-host of The Beltway Boys on Fox News, and Bill Kristol, another Fox News contributor. It is generally considered to be one of the Top Three right-leaning publications, along with William F. Buckley's National Review and the American Spectator. It features such writers as P.J. O'Rourke, Irwin Stelzer and Charles Krauthammer.
