As of 2020 Jacob Frey is the Marxist mayor of Minneapolis. Frey is noted for standing by and taking no action[1][2] while Leftwing white supremacists and rioters burnt down 150 buildings[3] in minority neighborhoods,[4] causing more the $50 million in damages to primarily minority-owned small businesses.[5] The Minneapolis police deparment was disbanded shorly thereafter under Frey's administration, and Minneapolis' violent crime rates skyrocketed.
Frey is a member of the Democratic party.
