Welcome to the Supreme Court Project, which will harness the power of this collaborative site to analyze and explain the U.S. Supreme Court, its significance, its direction, and suggest legal approaches for change.

This page is for brainstorming on how to proceed with this project. Areas of interest are:

  • recent decisions
  • cases being appealed to the Court
  • philosophies of the Justices
  • prior decisions that can be overturned
  • religion
  • abortion
  • private property
  • Second Amendment
  • evolution
  • law enforcement
  • pornography
  • taxation
  • sovereignty

Please add your comments here to this important effort! Many now view the U.S. Supreme Court as being more important that Congress and the President combined!--Aschlafly 16:16, 22 July 2007 (EDT)
