Jonathon Moffa is an FBI agent who worked on the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
Moffa testified to Congress in August 2018 that the FBI routinely performed illegal leaks to the media, than used those same fake news reports as |corroborating evidence before judicial bodies to frame suspects.
