Jonathon Moffa is an FBI a deputy assistant director in the Counterintelligence Division who worked on both the Hillary Clinton email investigation and Trump-Russia investigation.
Moffa testified to Congress in August 2018 that the FBI routinely performed illegal leaks to the media, than used those same fake news reports as corroborating evidence before judicial bodies to frame suspects.
